Return and Refund Policy

Non-returnable Items - All our products, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and notebooks, are made to order, which means they are unique and produced only after an order is placed. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please carefully review your order details before completing the purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Products - If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we offer a replacement or a refund. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report any issues. Please provide a clear photo showing the problem, and we will assess the issue to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds - If a refund is issued due to a defective product or a fulfillment error on our part, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations - Once an order is placed, it goes into production almost immediately. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders after they have been submitted.

Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If the provided shipping address is insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs after an updated address is confirmed.​​

  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is not claimed, it will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs or may choose to receive a partial refund.

Product Variations - Please note that minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are possible due to the nature of direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and will not be considered defects.

International Orders - For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

​

Exceptions - This policy does not apply to products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
